Oakwood had a strong pipeline and a clear reputation in the Greater Dublin market, but their existing digital presence didn't reflect that.
Underrepresented positioning: The site needed to establish Oakwood as a serious, premium suburban developer, not a generic property listing page, from the very first impression.
Multiple stakeholder audiences: Planners, financiers, land partners, and prospective buyers all needed tailored routes through the site, each with different information priorities and different reasons to trust Oakwood.
No scalable system for growth: With new schemes launching regularly, Oakwood needed a repeatable development page structure that could support future projects without a redesign each time.
No brand consistency beyond the site: Presentation materials and stationery needed to align with the new web identity to present a unified brand across every touchpoint.
Without a credible, structured digital foundation, Oakwood risked undermining the trust it had built with land partners, financiers, and buyers at exactly the moment it needed to scale.
We opened with a discovery and planning phase alongside Oakwood's leadership: a kickoff and alignment session, a review of the existing site and available content, and a competitor and market review across the Irish residential development sector. From there we defined Oakwood's key audiences and messaging priorities and built out a full sitemap and page-level scope, confirming the CMS approach before any design work began.
This gave us a clear structure spanning five core sections (Home, About, Developments, Our Approach, Land & Partnerships, and Contact), plus a repeatable Development template designed to scale with Oakwood's pipeline.

With the strategy agreed, we moved into design and development:
UI & UX design: Homepage visual direction, layout, typography, and content hierarchy, followed by design of all key interior page layouts and a repeatable development page structure, with dedicated consideration for both desktop and mobile.
Website development: Frontend build aligned to the approved designs, CMS setup and configuration, population of approved content, imagery, and video, functional enquiry and land registration forms, and an SEO-ready site structure.
Branded template and stationery: Alongside the website, we designed a branded presentation template and headed paper aligned with the new visual system, giving Oakwood consistent, professional assets for use across their wider business communications.
Every page was built to work toward the site's core stakeholder journeys, from a land acquisition invitation aimed at landowners and partners, to a structured proof panel and testimonial section designed to build buyer and financier confidence.

To make sure the platform could support Oakwood well beyond launch, we focused on quality, scalability, and handover:
QA and testing: Full quality assurance, cross-browser and device testing, and pre-launch checks ahead of go-live.
Launch and handover: Website deployment followed by a CMS handover and walkthrough session, equipping the Oakwood team to manage and update content independently.
Post-launch support: A 30-day post-launch support period to resolve any issues tied to the agreed deliverables, giving Oakwood a stable foundation from day one.
The result is a site built not just for launch, but to grow alongside Oakwood's development pipeline.
