  • Outdated UX and design: The site did not reflect the new brand identity or the professional corporate audience they were targeting.

  • Poor search and discovery: With 20+ locations and multiple office sizes, users had no way of searching dynamically. The old site only provided static landing pages with no ability to filter or compare options.

  • No visibility of availability: Prospects had no way of knowing which offices were available, creating unnecessary manual back and forth with the sales team.

  • Inefficient booking process: The old site relied on a generic contact form for viewings, leading to low conversion rates and poor visibility on pipeline.

  • Operational inefficiencies: The client had no simple way to manage or update office availability without developer intervention.

  • Booking flow overhaul: We replaced the generic contact form with a tailored viewing booking system. Users can book on demand, selecting specific locations and times, integrated with Pembr staff calendars. This makes scheduling seamless and increases the likelihood of successful conversions.

  • CMS integration: We built a custom content management solution that allows Pembr to update availability, office details, and location information without developer input. This gave the team full control of their front-end content.

  • Brand alignment: We redesigned the site’s look and feel to match Pembr’s updated brand, ensuring consistency with their professional B2B positioning.

  • Storytelling and ESG: To strengthen the brand narrative, we built new “Our Story” and sustainability pages, supporting Pembr’s identity as a people-led and values-driven organisation.

  • Photography and videography: We delivered a full content suite including a brand video, testimonial video, team photography, and office imagery to bring the new site to life.
