Client
WeShoot needed a website that could represent the business and contribute commercially. The task was to build a digital asset around the company’s objectives, with a role in how prospective customers discovered and chose to engage with it.
CSM worked with the team to understand what the website needed to achieve, then developed the digital experience around that direction. The website gives prospective customers a place to understand the offer and take a meaningful next step. Acquisition routes and measurement connect that central asset with the activity bringing people to it, so the digital presence has a continuing role in the sales journey.
CSM worked with WeShoot to develop the website, bringing attention to detail and an understanding of the business’s goals into delivery.
The system connects presentation with customer action. The website gives the business a place to communicate its value and gives prospective customers a digital point from which to progress towards a conversation. Its commercial role is to help turn interest into an opportunity for the team.
By building around the client’s objectives, the project created a foundation for acquisition that the business could continue to use. The website became part of the route to new work.
We also deployed the data and conversion foundations behind the growth system: tracking pixels, analytics, source tracking and attribution, together with multiple offers, funnels, landing pages and enquiry paths. These connected audience response with the journey towards an enquiry and made performance visible across its stages.
The system operated as a continuous feedback loop. Tracking and attribution informed where attention was coming from and how people progressed; those insights guided improvements to offers, pages and conversion points; subsequent activity supplied the next set of signals. This gave the business a repeatable way to improve acquisition and conversion, reduce guesswork and develop growth more predictably over time.
Kevin Fox described the outcomes as positive and long-lasting and specifically noted new business from the site. That is a client-reported commercial result, with no invented revenue figure attached. WeShoot gained an asset it could continue to use for future customer relationships, backed by a clear understanding of the objectives it was built to serve.
Kevin Fox reported that the new site was already generating new business and described the outcomes as positive and lasting.
