    About the Role

    We are looking for a results-driven digital sales executive with a consultative sales background and proven ability to learn about companies and then close deals. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently own the sales process, build strong client relationships and sell our core entry product which is a Digital Strategy Blueprint.

    The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator, capable of leading prospects through discovery sessions, creating tailored proposals, and presenting our Digital Strategy Blueprint that align with their business goals. 

    You’ll be an integral part of our growth as our business looks to 10x in the next 4 years, taking leads from qualification to deal closure and assisting them through our first phase in the customer journey with the delivery team.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales Leadership

    • Own the Sales Process: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from qualified lead through to deal closure, with minimal oversight.

    • Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospects, understanding their business needs, pain points, and objectives.

    • Tailored Sales Pitches: Deliver bespoke sales presentations and proposals that clearly communicate value and align with the client’s goals.

    • Roadmap Selling: Confidently sell prospects on our initial strategy package (Pillar 1:Digital Strategy Blueprint) 

    Consultative Approach

    • Discovery Sessions: Lead in-depth discussions to identify client challenges and opportunities, asking the right questions to uncover valuable insights.

    • Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to craft actionable roadmap, incorporating branding, financial analysis, and customer acquisition techniques.

    • Workshop Facilitation: Host workshop-style sessions (virtual or in-person) to guide clients through our strategic process. 

    Proposal Development & Delivery

    • Prepare and present proposals based on insights gained during discovery sessions.

    • Use strong storytelling and data-driven insights to articulate the client’s potential for growth and ROI.

    • Confidently handle objections, negotiate terms, and secure agreement on next steps.

    Collaboration & Support

    • Work alongside a Growth director, Virtual Assistant for research and administrative support, ensuring all client materials are accurate and well-organised.

    • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking pipeline progress and client interactions.

    • Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs to refine our services and offerings.

    Skills & Experience

    Required:

    • Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrable success in owning and closing deals, with a consultative sales approach both in person and over the phone

    • Consultancy Background: Experience working in a consultative environment, confidently facilitating discussions and crafting strategies.

    • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies.

    • Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling pitches and presentations.

    • Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop trust and rapport with clients, understanding their unique needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.

    • Commercial Acumen: Skilled in analysing financial data and creating proposals that align with business objectives.

    Preferred:

    • Experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.

    • Familiarity with CRM systems, Canva, and other presentation tools.

    • Ability to adapt to diverse client industries and challenges.

    Compensation

    • Base Salary: €50,000 base salary per annum.

    • Commission: On target earnings would be 100k but moving into an uncapped commission structure tied to performance, offering significant earning potential.
