    Position Overview:

    The Business Development Representative is a relationship builder, a very good listener, strategist, and a key player in driving our growth. This role demands an individual who can identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers. Can craft targeted outbound campaigns, and engage in cold calling with precision and confidence. With a keen understanding of our offerings and the needs of potential clients, the Business Development Manager will host discovery calls, ask insightful questions, and work collaboratively with various departments to devise innovative offers that resonate with our target audience.     Key Responsibilities:

    Lead Generation: Collaborate with data partners to build comprehensive lead lists.

    Outbound Campaigns: Design and execute targeted outbound campaigns to attract potential clients.

    Cold Calling: Engage in daily prospecting activities, showcasing our value proposition to potential leads.

    Discovery Calls: Host discovery sessions, diving deep into potential clients' needs and offering tailored solutions.

    Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to brainstorm and develop creative offers for potential clients.

    KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and targets.

    Client Engagement: Ensure timely and effective communication with leads and potential clients.

    What You’ll Be Measured On:

    Lead Conversion: The ability to transform potential leads into clients.

    KPI Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding set targets.

    Client Feedback: Positive reviews and feedback from potential and existing clients.

    Collaborative Initiatives: Successful offers and campaigns developed in collaboration with other departments.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in business development or a similar role.

    • Familiarity with data-driven lead generation and prospecting techniques.

    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce, SaaS, and B2B sectors.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in hosting discovery calls and client meetings.
