AquaTabs, a globally recognised leader in water purification, had long relied on trade shows and face-to-face interactions to engage with their distributors and clients. While their brand was well-established, they were missing a strong digital footprint. That’s where we stepped in—partnering with AquaTabs on a comprehensive digital transformation, completely overhauling how they were perceived online and building the infrastructure necessary to support their clients for the future.

This one-year project has been a remarkable journey, and we’re incredibly proud of the results we’ve achieved together. We have a 2 year roadmap with Aquatabs and are excited for the future.

The challenge

AquaTabs is facing the challenge of increasing brand awareness and building a strong digital presence while transitioning from traditional trade shows to a fully digital strategy, including the creation of a customer portal and learning hub to better serve their global distributors.

Our collaboration began with rebranding AquaTabs, bringing their established reputation to life in the digital world. We aimed to create a brand identity that felt modern, vibrant, and reflected the company’s commitment to water purification solutions on a global scale.

We refreshed their visual branding, ensuring that it aligned with their core values while appealing to both their existing and new audiences. This updated branding would lay the foundation for all the digital assets that followed, positioning AquaTabs as a forward-thinking, digitally savvy brand ready for the future.

Step One

One of the key deliverables in this transformation was the creation of AquaTabs’ new website. Their previous online presence was minimal, so we built a platform that not only showcases their product range and expertise but also provides a seamless user experience for their clients and distributors around the world.

In addition to the website, we developed a client portal—a critical tool designed to support AquaTabs’ distributors and partners. This portal acts as a centralised hub where clients can access learning resources, technical documents, product information, and other support materials. The portal is designed with scalability in mind, making it a long-term solution for AquaTabs’ growing client base.

Step two

Part of AquaTabs’ digital transformation involved updating their presentation materials. The sales and marketing teams had relied on outdated presentation decks that were not optimised for the current digital landscape. We stepped in to completely revamp these materials, ensuring they aligned with the new branding and could effectively communicate the value of AquaTabs’ products in a more engaging and modern way.

The revamped decks were designed to be visually impactful while simplifying complex information, making them easy to use for both internal teams and distributors. These decks are now a vital tool for sales and marketing, allowing AquaTabs to present a cohesive, professional brand image to a global audience.

In conclusion

AquaTabs has successfully transitioned from a company with little online presence to a brand with a robust digital infrastructure. The digital transformation we delivered not only strengthened their online brand but also equipped them with the tools and technology to support their distributors and clients across the world.

This project has laid the foundation for future growth, with a strong pipeline of initiatives on the horizon. We are so excited to continue our partnership.
