BioSimulytics has developed breakthrough technology combining quantum physics, computational chemistry, machine learning and high performance computing to accurately and rapidly predict the most desirable force field energy configuration and crystal structure packing of new drug compounds, thereby supporting the pharma industry in addressing problems with polymorphism and getting from molecules to medicine (M2M) faster and with much greater probability of success.
The challenge
BioSimulytics had a manual lead generation process that was time-consuming and inefficient. They were struggling to build their pipleine full of high quality leads.
Our process
Step One
We first worked with Biosimulytics to build out solid foundations for their lead generation process, including new landing pages, videography, and Hubspot as their CRM system. We also performed data analysis and scraping to identify key prospects, and conducted account-based research to understand the specific needs of their target market.
Step two
We integrated Hubspot with other tools to help streamline various processes and make the lead generation process more efficient.
We set up a series of automated workflows that helped nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Step three
We also integrated Hubspot with a web analytics tool to track the behaviour of website visitors and leads. This integration allowed us to understand how their leads are interacting with their website, which pages they are visiting and how long they are staying on each page. This data was used to improve the website's user experience and optimise the lead generation process.
In conclusion
As a result of these efforts, BioSimulytics was able to increase their lead generation capacity and convert more leads into paying customers that they had to put our services on hold. They saw a significant reduction in the time and resources required to manage their lead generation process.
